Synergy PAO SO N series products are based on fully synthetic PAO as base oil and compounded with a variety of additives. They are specially designed for refrigeration lubricants for ammonia (Ammonia NH3) and Freon (R22) refrigeration systems, especially for refrigeration systems and high-temperature heat pumps using ammonia (NH3) as the medium.
1. Performance characteristics
Special additives are selected to effectively avoid precipitation in the use of ammonia refrigeration systems.
Excellent low temperature performance, very low pour point, no wax generation at low temperature, excellent low temperature fluidity, to ensure that the system adapts to various temperature environments.
The excellent viscosity index ensures a thicker oil film at high temperatures, effectively avoiding direct contact with friction pairs.

3. Product Application
Synergy PAO SO N series products can be used for the lubrication of rotary screw, reciprocating and rotary vane compressors of ammonia refrigeration systems or heat pump systems in food and chemical industries, and are widely used in industrial chillers and cold storage. It can also be used for high-temperature thermal systems with ammonia as the medium.
Applicable temperature range:-40 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.
4. Packaging form
200L iron drum or according to customer demand for packaging.
5. Precautions
Do not mix with other lubricants. Physical or chemical reactions may occur between different lubricants, resulting in significant performance degradation.
Timely cover after use to avoid moisture, dust and other impurities mixed.
When used in the lubrication part in contact with rubber, plastic, paint and other non-metallic materials, the material compatibility test shall be carried out in advance.
When applied to ammonia systems, the influence of ammonia on metal materials should be considered first.
The sealed shelf life of this product is two years, and it should be used as soon as possible after opening the lid.
