Product Description
Synergy PAO SO N series products are based on fully synthetic PAO as base oil and compounded with a variety of additives. They are specially designed for refrigeration lubricants for ammonia (Ammonia NH3) and Freon (R22) refrigeration systems, especially for refrigeration systems and high-temperature heat pumps using ammonia (NH3) as the medium.
Performance characteristics
1. Select special additives to effectively avoid precipitation in the use of ammonia refrigeration system;
2. Excellent low temperature performance, very low pour point, no wax generation at low temperature, excellent low temperature fluidity, to ensure that the system adapts to various temperature environments;
3. Excellent viscosity index, to ensure a thicker oil film at high temperature, effectively avoid direct contact with the friction pair;
4. Good lubricity, protect the refrigeration compressor and reduce wear;
5. Excellent comprehensive performance, to ensure the normal work of the refrigeration system for a long time.
Product Application
Synergy PAO N series products can be used in the food and chemical industries such as ammonia refrigeration system or heat pump system of rotary screw type, reciprocating and rotary vane type compressor lubrication, widely used in industrial chillers and cold storage and other occasions. It can also be used for high-temperature thermal systems with ammonia as the medium. Applicable temperature range:-40 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.
Precautions
1. Do not mix with other lubricants. Physical or chemical reactions may occur between different lubricants, resulting in a significant decline in performance;
2. Timely cover after use to avoid the mixing of moisture, dust and other impurities;
3. When using the lubricating parts in contact with rubber, plastic, paint and other non-metallic materials, the material compatibility test should be carried out in advance;
4. When applied to ammonia systems, the influence of ammonia on metal materials should be considered first;
5. The sealed shelf life of this product is two years, and it should be used as soon as possible after opening the lid.
