Product Description
Synergy PAG SG series synthetic frozen lubricants are made of modified PAG synthetic base oil and added with various functional additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-wear. They are mainly used in refrigeration systems with R134a as refrigerant to take away heat generated by system operation, seal rotors, pistons and cylinder walls, and lubricate rotors, bearings and piston rings.
Performance characteristics
1. Excellent viscosity-temperature performance, can be started at very low temperature;
2. Good thermal stability and chemical stability, can ensure the long-term operation of the equipment;
3. Excellent wear resistance to prevent sintering of moving parts such as bearings;
4. Low hygroscopicity, anti capillary blockage, reduce the risk of improper storage of oil water absorption;
5. High electrical insulation, can be used for some semi-hermetic compressors;
6. It has excellent compatibility with R134a refrigerant and does not affect the heat exchange performance of the system during use;
7. No hydrolysis, no corrosion, long-term use does not produce precipitation, does not block the expansion valve.
Product Application
Synergy PAG SG series synthetic refrigeration lubricants SG46, SG68, SG100 are recommend used for reciprocating, swash plate, rotary vane, scroll and other refrigeration compressors for automobile air conditioners with refrigerant R134a, and have excellent use effects.
Synergy PAG SG series synthetic refrigeration lubricants SG46, SG68 and SG100 can be used in industrial screw refrigeration units using R134a refrigerant. SG46 can also be used for the above-mentioned refrigerant industrial centrifugal refrigeration unit, SG 150 is mainly used for the use of R134a refrigerant semi-closed, open type industrial screw refrigeration unit.
material compatibility
It has no effect on ordinary sealing materials and gaskets, is incompatible with alkyd resin paint, and has good compatibility with epoxy resin paint. This product should not be mixed with other products. If mixing is unavoidable in use, compatibility test shall be carried out first.
