Product Description
Synergy POE SE series synthetic refrigeration lubricants are based on synthetic ester (POE) and added with extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives. They have excellent high and low temperature performance, good compatibility with refrigerants, and excellent thermochemical stability. The product is divided into VG32, VG46, VG68, VG100 and VG120 grades according to 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity.
Performance characteristics
1. With HFC refrigerant R134a, R404A, R410A, R507 refrigerant has good mutual solubility, in the operating temperature range of general refrigeration applications and refrigerant mutual solubility, to prevent blockage, to ensure that the evaporator without oil deposition, does not affect the efficiency of the refrigeration system;
2. Excellent low temperature performance, adapt to a wide range of refrigeration temperature;
3. Good thermal and chemical stability, compatible with metal and non-metal materials in the refrigeration system, to ensure long-term normal operation of the compressor under harsh conditions;

Precautions
1. The entire lubrication system should be cleaned before use of this product;
2. This product is not recommend mixed with other oil products;
3. After the product is enabled, the barrel cover should be tightened in time to avoid mixing with water and impurities;
4. This product has strong water absorption. Pay attention to sealing during storage and use to minimize contact with air;
5. This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
Scope of application
Synergy POE SE series synthetic freezing lubricant is compatible with refrigerant and metal materials such as steel, copper and aluminum. Good compatibility with PET film (especially PET with low oligomer content); Compatible with nylon lining hose and nylon sandwich hose and can reduce the leakage rate of refrigerant from connecting hose; Compatible with XH-7 and XH-9 desiccant; It has good compatibility with mineral refrigeration oil, it is suitable for lubrication of various industrial and civil refrigeration compressors using HFC refrigerant.
Synergy POE SE series is suitable for lubrication of various industrial and civil refrigeration compressors using R134a, R410A, R507 and R404A refrigerants.
