Product Description
Synergy POE SE C series synthetic refrigeration lubricants are based on synthetic ester base oil and added with various functional additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-wear. They are mainly used in refrigeration systems using carbon dioxide as refrigerant to take away the heat generated by system operation, seal the rotor, piston and cylinder wall, and lubricate the rotor, bearings and piston rings.
Performance characteristics
1. Excellent low temperature performance, can be started at very low temperature;
2. Good thermal stability and chemical stability, no reaction with carbon dioxide, can ensure the long-term operation of the equipment;
3. Excellent wear resistance to prevent sintering of moving parts such as bearings;
4. High electrical insulation, can be used for some semi-hermetic compressors;
5. Long-term use does not produce precipitation, does not block the expansion valve.
Product Application
Synergy SE 46C, SE 68C and SE 100C are recommend for industrial screw refrigeration units or industrial heat pumps with CO2 refrigerant.
This product is also suitable for the lubrication of C O 2 booster gathering equipment, such as CO2 reciprocating compressors.

1. Synthetic refrigerant compounding agent is compatible with refrigerant and metal materials such as steel, copper and aluminum. Good compatibility with PET film (especially PET with low oligomer content); Compatible with nylon lining hose and nylon interlayer hose and can reduce the leakage rate of refrigerant from connecting hose; Compatible with XH-7 and XH-9 desiccant; It has good compatibility with mineral refrigeration oil.
2. This product should not be mixed with other products. If mixing is unavoidable in use, compatibility test shall be carried out first.
